if the seal is not broken or Packing is not opened.

The customer has the option to swap the item for another of equal or lower value or return it and receive a full refund. Return is accepted within three days of delivery date.

If the seal is compromised / Broken

A consumer may only return or exchange the same item once, and they may not return more than three items.

The following circumstances prevent returns from being accepted

Product degradation as a result of abuse or overuse

Serial/Batch Number has been tampered with
